Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return items for store credit or exchange. All items and included accessories must be returned in the same condition in which they were recieved. To start your return process, please email us at support@aarchive.shop with RETURN in the subject line, and the item name and reason for return request included in the body of your email. We will get back to you within 2 business days with information on how to proceed. 

• All AARCHIVE customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping address will be provided to you within the return process. 
• Customers are responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage. 
• Cancelled orders are subject to the above terms of exchange or store credit only. 

Once the item has been received and inspected, store credit for the approved return amount will be added to the AARCHIVE customer account associated with the original order. We will email you when the credit is available. Sign in with the same email address to view and use the balance at checkout. Store credit does not expire. 

AARCHIVE does not accept returns on specially sourced items.

Authenticity Guarantee: All items sold by AARCHIVE are guaranteed authentic, and hand inspected by our in-house authentication team. Customers may purchase an Entrupy certificate on our site for an extra third-party authentication on most items. Entrupy certificates will be shipped with your item.

In the unusual case that any item purchased from AARCHIVE is inauthentic, customers may provide proof alongside their return and will be issued a full refund to the original payment method.
