Returns for store credit or exchange

For shipped orders, you have 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return for store credit or exchange. For purchases completed in person, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a return.

This is our voluntary return policy. Any mandatory consumer rights described below take priority over its conditions.

To start a return, email support@aarchive.shop with RETURN in the subject line and include your order number and the item name. You may also include the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions. For voluntary returns, please wait for these instructions before sending your item.

Items and included accessories returned under our voluntary policy must be in the same condition in which they were received.

• Customers pay the direct cost of return shipping for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Customers are responsible for their return shipment in the event of loss or damage only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Cancelled orders are eligible for store credit or exchange under our voluntary policy, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund.

Once the item has been received and inspected, store credit for the approved return amount will be added to the AARCHIVE customer account associated with the original order. We will email you when the credit is available. Sign in with the same email address to view and use the balance at checkout. Store credit does not expire. 

Specially sourced items are excluded from our voluntary return policy. This exclusion does not remove a statutory cancellation right. Sourcing an existing item specifically for you does not, by itself, make it a custom-made or personalized product.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, inauthentic, or incorrectly described goods. Those rights are not limited by our voluntary 14-day return window or our store-credit conditions. Contact us at support@aarchive.shop about such an issue. Where the law requires us to cover return costs or provide a refund or another remedy, we will do so.

EU/EEA and UK distance-selling cancellations

If your purchase is covered by EU/EEA or UK distance-selling cancellation rules, the following rights apply, subject to any statutory exceptions and more protective local rules:

• You may cancel without giving a reason during the 14-day period starting the day after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order delivered in separate shipments, this period starts after the last item is received. Any longer deadline required by applicable law applies.
• Send a clear statement of your decision to cancel before the deadline, by email to support@aarchive.shop or by post to the address for notices below. You may use the optional notice below. A particular email subject line, a return reason, and prior approval are not conditions of this right.
• Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. You pay the direct return-shipping cost for a change-of-mind cancellation unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• We refund the payments due under the applicable cancellation rules, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.
• Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. We do not charge a refund fee or require you to accept store credit.
• For EU/EEA cancellations where these rules apply, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after notice of cancellation. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
• For UK goods cancellations where these rules apply and we do not offer collection, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. If we offer collection, the deadline is 14 days after notice of cancellation.
• You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, a deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

A statutory cancellation exception applies only when its legal conditions are met, for example for genuinely custom-made or clearly personalized goods. The phrase “specially sourced” alone does not create that exception.

Please use the return address and return instructions above for parcels. The postal address for notices is a contact address.

Authenticity Guarantee: All items sold by AARCHIVE are guaranteed authentic, and hand inspected by our in-house authentication team. Customers may purchase an Entrupy certificate on our site for an extra third-party authentication on most items. Entrupy certificates will be shipped with your item.

In the unusual case that any item purchased from AARCHIVE is inauthentic, customers may provide proof alongside their return and will be issued a full refund to the original payment method. 

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is included on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Domestic standard shipping typically arrives within 3–4 business days after shipment. International delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. For expedited shipping, please contact us directly.
